Queens Garden residential loved the facility and thanked the staffs for showing compassion to its residents. They were also appreciative to the activities carried out by the facility, such as games and social events, which kept their loved one active. They were also thankful that the administration was working hard to protect the residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. One family thanked the staff for taking care of their elderly parents while the other elderly parent died sometime back, but the family were thankful for the care that the parent received while in the facility. They also highlighted the cleanliness of the facility and the nutritious meals given to their family member. One daughter came to visit her mother daily and noted that the staff were friendly.
