Inspection-Visual
There are two stages of inspection. The first stage is my visual inspection. I will always spend as much time at the furnace as I do the rest of the house. The second stage is the digital inspection. It may take an extra hour with an offer or at the buyer's request. I will check all main panel breakers, all GFCIs and all exterior receptacles as they are code-required and often overlooked. All inspections include thermal imaging (infrared camera) All electronic parts
Inspection-Repair list
The repair list will be made note of visually and then all of the items marked will be listed to summarize
Inspection-Digital Report
Find one hour after the inspection you will receive an email. The report can be viewed on any tablet, phone or computer and is password protected. There will be an abundance of color photos of defects and thermal imaging photos and color illustrations of how to fix something or how it functions.
