This was my second visit, and I am once again very satisfied with the quality of care and service. I had a Panoramic Dental x-ray taken during this visit. The equipment looked very modern and advanced, and the process was smooth, quick, and comfortable. The staff described what they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole session. Additionally, the clinic was spotless, light, modern, and well-kept. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in. Every staff member I interacted with was super nice, friendly, respectful, patient, and professional. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Kayvan Ghane is very knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. I appreciate that everything is explained clearly to me, so I understand my dental care and feel comfortable with the treatment being suggested. After these two appointments, I have lot fence and confidence in the team at Wilson East Dental and Dr. Ghane and have already booked my crown appointment. She touches base frequently during the cleaning to ensure you’re comfortable. Her gentle, nurturing manner made a difference. Chelsi at the front desk was also wonderful! So warm and accommodating; she greeted me with a smile from the moment I walked in, making me feel at ease. Both Sarah and Chelsi made my visit very pleasant. It’s the best when you encounter people who care sincerely about their patients. I highly recommend the Brantford location! If you want happy, professional and very experienced people.
