FliP U offers fun, practical, evidence-based learning. This helps to foster collaboration and creativity as well as develop today's most important workplace abilities. Our focus is on the most important items that individuals and organisations need right now. FliPs' book Leadership is Half the Story explains how to change from being leader-centric and becoming partner-centric. It also includes followership. Content that is grounded in science and well-curated by us are our obsession. Particular attention is paid to threshold concepts which stimulate deep learning and change your thinking. Content is not passively consumed. Every course is created by an internationally recognized subject-matter expert and a neuroscientist. We also have a talented group of learning specialists: that's our Wolfpack! The combination of our pracademic (that's both practical and academic) and in-course coach makes for an interactive learning environment. It helps people to connect the dots and encourages conversation.
