Leadership is Half the Story, FliPs book, reveals how to shift from leadership-focused to partnership-focused while also touching on followership. What we are obsessed with is science-based and expertly curated content. We focus more on threshold concepts that provoke deep learning and change how you think. Content is not passive but rather actively engaged with. Each course is created by two highly respected figures: an expert in the field, and a neuroscientist. And the Wolfpack? Those are our skilled team of learning specialists (FliPs internal term for a pack of wolves). Our combination of pracademic (practical and academic) and the in-course coach creates a more interactive learning environment. This way, people can see how it all connects and foster conversation.
