Additional Fees: Title insurance: Extra cost for properties over $500,000; Multiple unit properties; Lodging house license properties; Properties not connected to city/municipal water/sewer. The all-inclusive price does not include the Land transfer tax payable on closing, the cost of the status certificate (if the Client is purchasing a condominium), or any dealings with any litigation matters (including, but not limited to, subordination agreements or discharges of existing mortgages).
