Mona who didn't actually identify herself, manager or whatever needs to go back to school for customer service. She's rude, unsensitive with absolute no care to give!!! She has ridiculous explanations when you complain about not being able to book appointments. They've closed an office in Kitchener and told me is was none of my business when I asked why. Maybe it has a great impact on the other offices as to why I can't book a timely appt. Brace are not a cheap and she dismissed me like garbage. I could spit nails on the disgust I have the customer service they provide. We even had an appt when the orthodontist didn't show up!!!! it's an assembly line. There was little to no time for questions or explanation of treatment and the staff lacked the professionalism expected. To anyone considering orthodontic treatment I would recommend finding a smaller practice that is not part of a large chain and that isn't run by MONA!
