The aligners are made of thermoformed medical plastic polycarbonate that is safe, bio-tolerant, and custom-fit. Over two weeks, each aligner is worn for about 22 hours a day, which equals more than 300 hours. Eaters and brushers have two minutes a day for those activities. The average wear of aligners is two weeks to capitalize on its gentle tooth-moving capabilities. This ensures excellent results from the treatment plan and diagnosis the clinician gives.
