The Sales Manager also did an excellent job, explaining everything clearly and suggesting only solutions that would work for the individual. Alan was three hours late but he installed the lift quickly and efficiently. Everyone is grateful that this organisation is going above and beyond to help. For customer service and dedication, the Silver Cross team, particularly Diana, deserves high praise.
