DON'T GO HERE! I went in for a mani/pedi for a special occasion. I was given a very young male. He started with pedi; he stepped on my nail when it was still wet, smudge the polish, then he covered it with another layer of polish. This gave it a bumpy - home made - texture. He didn't shape the toenail; high nail on one side and low on the other side. Then he proceeded to my mani. I showed him the length of a nail and stated several times that was the length I wanted. He proceeded to cut all my nails down to the nail bed. He nipped one of them with scissors. I left before he could put on polish. THE WORST EXPERIENCE. EVER. I paid $53 dollars to look like I chewed my nails down to the quick. Very disappointing especially when it was important to have polished appearance for a special occasion.
I made an appt online and was sent a confirmation. I show up for my appt and they’re closed! There are 5 other people outside who also booked online and were sent email confirmation!!! I called the next day. The person who answered said she tried to call me. Bull crap! No incoming missed calls. Definately no message. Outright lied. Then she said she would offer me a 10% discount for my next appt
