Daya Counselling Centre relies on the support of the entire community, and we thank you for your generous support. Provisional insurance in Ontario does not cover counselling and thus almost unattainable if you do not have any employer-provided group benefits. The whole price of our counselling is also burdensome for many people. Everyone should have the right to mental health care irrespective of their financial capability. Daya's gifts have made a difference in people's lives. Those who cannot pay the fee receive counselling sessions. Also, your incredible community keeps us going, and we can reach as many people as possible.

Anu James was my counsellor at Daya counseling, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Going into this I was nervous and very anxious but Anu was very calming and helped steer me in the right direction . Her ability to navigate through my trauma and help me get on the best path for the best version of me too flourish was life-changing for me. I feel confident in my journey that follows the sessions with Anu because of her ability to help me see my worth and to run and enjoy what is to come. I was on a waiting list to get the eight sessions, but was so worth the wait and I’m so appreciative of Anu and Daya for being able to provide this crucial help to me in my time of need
