ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Welcome to Fitness Forum, the home of Londoners since 1985. We feel honored to have received recognition for our hard work and dedication throughout the years. According to the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (Gallup Organization), we were named one of North America's Top 5 Fitness Clubs and Canada's Top Fitness Club. The club was also named the White Oaks Business of the Year and the Finalist for the Annual London Customer Services Award. The London Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business of the Year Award also honored the club for the work we have been doing. Our continued success is the result of careful planning and implementation. We have been proactive in updating our equipment and programming to maintain competitiveness. Since its inception, we have spent more than $2.5 million on new equipment and building improvements. Fitness Forum is a proud supporter of the local sporting community. We have sponsored many minor sports teams. What goes into a club like this, however?
