Forest City Roofing came to reshingle my roof in May 2022. When complete, there was an obscure "pattern" in the shingles. They had installed shingles from 2 different dye lots and it showed a zigzag discolouration at the front. I followed up and they took samples to send to the manufacturer. I followed up many times over the summer receiving a "no progress" response. 5 months later (October) they agreed to replace the front. Now there is a fault line--a few rows of shingles not evenly spaced according to the remainder of the roof. They promised to send someone out when I contacted them. This didn't happen, so I contacted them a second time. Again, someone would come out. I'm still waiting. Sloppy workmanship and unprofessional.
