The majority of clients had high recommendations for Ashley, the trainer, stating that she was supportive and had a deep understanding of dog behaviour. They indicated that they noticed significant progress in their dogs after just a few sessions. The clients also commended the professionalism and kindness of the HEAT staff, and they described the vast array of training classes as effective. The clients also approved of how their dogs reacted after coming home from HEAT. Another notable advantage of HEAT was the upscale daycare facility which seemed fun for the pups. Many clients stated that the stressors reduced because they witnessed significant changes in their dogs. To some, this was specifically in walking in the neighborhood and socializing with other dogs. That being said, the clients pointed out that they were satisfied with some of the training, although they would have liked more.
