Kelly Services, a company founded by William Russell Kelly on 26 June 1946, has been providing workforce solutions for customers across a range of industries throughout its history (Kelly, n.d.). Over the years, our workforce solutions and geographical coverage have been increasingly flexible to accommodate the changing needs of clients. This began with in-office services, call centers, light industrial, and then staffing for electronic assemblies. Our company has a broad spectrum of expertise in outsourcing and consulting for clients. This includes recruitment, vendor management, and outplacement services. We are continuously improving and refining our approach to ensure that clients benefit from the most efficient process.
