Scrolling through the reviews of this company I must admit I do not believe that this company should not have any positive reviews. In other words, I suspect the positive reviews are somehow engineered. Cannot be believed. My experience is one of the majority. We have a very poor estimation of this organization. They are uncooperative, uncaring, angry, a bully, inconsiderate, lacking consideration of paying homeowners. They are unwilling to change their corporate persona therefore they will continue to be a poor company to be associated with. If a homeowners association is having problems with them, fire them and move on. They are not worth the pain for a poorly run organization. If they cannot run themselves properly do not expect them to run the business associated with other condo corps, as already described in the reviews.
They are really bad at dealing with people, They don't care at all. I thought when we changed from Wilson Blanchard Management that have did a lot of things that where not by the book, we might be better off with Lionheart, But it seems they have no Heart. It has been over a few days now since snow storm and never got the proper clearing of snow in the driveway or walkway and now it is all iceway. They always say use email, but it falls on deaf ears every time.
Parking spot hijacked but who is accountable? "Did you ever stop to think that his owner assigned it to him in his lease agreement, because we have nothing to do with the leasing of the units. We do not create the leases, we do not search for tenants, we have nothing to do with the leasing of the units. So therefore, this was not done by us, but the owner of the unit, who has called us today to verify their parking spaces." Apparently when an owner leases his unit he has the authority to assign a random parking spot in the contract because I was told by the person in charge at Lionhesrt she had nothing to do with this process which makes me wonder who is the property manager. This creates quite a nightmare for the owners who have designated assigned spots trying to regain their parking spot back especially when the office is close for extended periods over Christmas. If you question this person and she refuses to give you adequate answers such as who is the owner of the company several times- what options are available? The code of ethics is not being adhered to in this company. Since this Company took over management of our Condo our condo fees now have a Special Assessment of an extra $20 per month which indicates our reserve funds are low plus an additional $ 10 per month.
