The North London Dance Centre's children's programs are fun and competitive to keep them dancing. We strive to make dancing fun, and we want the kids to have an enjoyable experience, no matter their skill level. Our ultimate goal is to give the best dance instruction to your child while creating a close-knit family environment. We also focus on technical training that is age-appropriate. We desire to watch the children become happy, disciplined, and confident dancers, based on their age and abilities, and to have these skills for life-long use. Dance classes are based on syllabus classes of the Royal Academy of Dance for classical ballet, the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association for Jazz and Tap, and Acrobatic Arts' acro. The North London Dance Centre has three full RAD members, three CDTA teaching members, and four Acrobatic Arts Certified teachers. Our company's program allows our students to perform in professional settings twice a year. Winterlude in December is held at Wolf Performance Hall, while Let's Dance takes place in late June, at UWO's Paul Davenport Theatre. These performances may be postponed due to the closure of theatres, but we are looking forward to their return. North London Dance Centre offers classical ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip-hop, contemporary commercial, musical theatre, pointe, and the progressing ballet technique. Free parking is available, and we accept new students.

North London Dance Centre is noted for its welcoming and supportive environment for students at all ages and levels. The instructors are equally approachable, professional, and invested in their students, making it easy for students to develop a passion for dance and improve their skills. The community environment is so supportive that the school's curriculum enhanced their overall ability and confidence, which is seen as one of the most commendable features. Many parents and students mention the camaraderie and lifelong friendships that result from attending the school. The dance classes at the centre are fun for children and adults but also demanding enough to help develop the students' skills. The teachers and administrators at the centre are always concerned about the safety and success of their students, as evidenced by the school's positive communication. Another positive aspect to the institution's operation is that they have made a number of changes because of COVID-19 regulations. Some of the changes are reduced number of students and use of hand sanitizer throughout the centre. That is quite refreshing a parent commented as she added that dancers feel safe. In general, North London Dance Centre is perceived as a highly recommended school for students interested in a diverse set of performing arts disciplines.
