PAW SPA (Dog Grooming)

Amanda Gomes, Paw Spa's grooming apprentice, graduated on November 8th, 2013. After completing her grooming apprenticeship, she worked at a veterinary clinic for one year before starting Paw Spa. My certifications include CPR and pet first aid. I am a certified groomer and an intermediate stylist and am certified through the Canadian Professional Pet Stylist, the only federally registered, non-profit certification organization for Canadian dog groomers. I am now on my way to becoming a master groomer. You have 4 more to pass. I have memberships in The Ontario Dog Groomers Association and the National Association of Professional Creative Groomers. I go to two grooming shows per year. My education does not stop there. I like to watch seminars and compete in the ring. I go to 2 to 3 hands-on workshops every year to get tips to master my techniques.
