Ross Nicholson

law firm specialized in litigation for London and Southern Ontario, Nicholson, Smith & Partners originated from Ross Nicholson’s vision. Ross and Scott envisioned a firm that would represent and assist its clients, providing quality legal services and compassion as well as a determination to uphold the client's interests. Ross Nicholson and his continued efforts to achieve his goal of creating a London law office that focused on litigation were pushed forward by two partners. Ross, Scott, and two other partners formed a law firm in 1981. The firm offered specialized services, but it was different from most firms. It was dedicated to litigation law and handled every aspect of it. Ross established one of the first law firms in London that focused exclusively on litigation practice. Scott joined in 1982.
