Treated like an afterthought Great customer experience, too many operational issues, including repeated last-minute cancellations and text-only communication; a very particular manner about operational issues. Negative Customer Review: This patient showed up for a dental appointment 15 minutes late—due to a family emergency—to find the office empty. They were told they couldn’t be seen, even though no one else was scheduled. This customer has been treated well during other visits—for a grand total of about an hour. But they were unimpressed with the efficiency of the process and the clinic’s long wait times and driving distance. Only after we stated that we would file an official complaint did the clinic suddenly “change its mind” and message us the next day confirming that the patient was fully covered. I had a frustrating experience with this clinic. I was unfortunately 15 minutes late to my appointment today due to a family situation, and I was told I couldn’t be seen — even though the clinic was empty.
