Pains me to write an honest review. Especially since I've had decent experiences in the past. Just bought a matching bedframe and shelf. The shelf had it's leg broken when the Tepperman's staff was loading the truck. My bedframe also has a quarter size mark off the front. A manager/supervisor mentioned that they can try and fix the leg and have it delivered, but I'm seriously concered with previous reviews warning about their delivery teams.
Has anyone had a problem with Teppermans delivery that was a third party sub contract. My house that I had just moved in brand new, we have been
In just over 6mos. Had damage done to walls floors door frames and my wooden
Bannister. They had offered me $250.
Which would definately not cover paint and damage. The person taking care of this issue has been out of office for about 3 weeks now and I have had no response back as to how my house is going to be repaired. Has anyone had this happen. And was your house repaired. I have another issue that I have to deal with as Tepperman had not told us about third party delivery that they don't fix themselves. It has been nothing less than a headache dealing with this
Issue.
