Our teams and resident satisfaction
The success of our residents is directly correlated to the level of engagement among our teams. For this reason, we consider ourselves one of the most important factors to ensure the highest level of service. That is why every Village is fully committed to building the best team we can. To help create committed, confident team members, we have developed the SUCCESS program. Neighbourhood team development, Leadership for Long-Term Care, Retirement Living, and Leadership are all part of our training programs. We offer specialized training in complex care areas, such as dementia care and wound care. Schlegel Villages has teamed up with Conestoga College to present the 10 module "Excellence in Residents-Centred care" program.
Reviews Summary
The provided reviews are mainly positive and all report the high quality of care received at Glendale Crossing from the facility's staff. Such anecdotes exhibit the familial treatment clients and their families receive, along with staff dedication and medical professionals' excellence. I would strongly recommend Glendale Crossing for long-term care requirements these as multiple activities for residents, along with a trip service. Residents have various meal alternatives, while another highly praised aspect is how the facilities are clean. For example, there are various rooms for different purposes, such as a library and a family kitchen. The frequent communication between staff and the residents' families is also lauded, underscoring the importance of patient-centred care and residents' personal well-being. All signs demonstrate a strong team and resident communication; the facility's hard work to help residents feel at home and involved in their surroundings is one of the biggest features. Particularly, most of the feedback underscores families and residents' pleasure with the facility and the sense of well-being it fosters. These and other tales of great care and concern are essential because these establishments frequently lack these key attributes.
