Yes, there are no high pressure salesmen, no suits and ties, or glitsy offices, but from the customer service we received from Ali to negotiations with Samir we received excellent service. If Ali didn’t have an answer he would run off and get it for us. Negotiations with Samir were amiable and reasonable. We purchased a 2019 Honda CRV, took it to our mechanic who looked at it and said we had a good car. The only issue that needed addressing was a front camera which neede to be recalibrated, which Tiger attempted to do over 2 hours , but could only be accomplished by Honda and Tiger fully covering the cost. While we waited Matteo entertained us. We would refer any of our friends to this dealership. Yes, it’s a used car lot but provided us with a Good product and exemplary service. Denise and Hans.

My husband and I went looking at a particular vehicle and after Khalid had said that this vehicle had been in an accident we decided to look at another vehicle which was the RVR Mitsubishi, took it for a test drive and we were sold. Now not sure if we would even qualify for this loan, we handed everything over to Mateo who had worked tirelessly with getting financing for us. We were able to pickup our vehicle a week later. We are so pleased with all the exceptional service we received. Mateo was amazing getting everything in order for us even after we had a few hiccups on my part not theirs. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks again love our new to us vehicle ❤️

we bought a kia soul from tiger t hat was supposed to be safetied,,,,, and there are 3 things that should never have passed safety,,,,,,, they have fixed one for us,,,,,,,,,, but we are having problems getting them to get the motor mount and brake pedal pad,,,,,,,, if they fix this, then i will change my review,,,,,,,,,,,,, they did fix the problems,,,,,,,,,,,, and was kind about it,,,,,,,,,,,, only reason didn't give them5 stars, was the safety should have been done correctly the first time
