YMCA of SWO Newcomer & Employment Services At the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, we strive to make a difference in the lives of youth, newcomers, and persons with disabilities. We offer workshops, work placements, and skills training through our YMCA Employment Services to address their employment challenges. Our programs specifically target newcomers to Canada as they transition to their new communities.
