ASF Gymnastics History
Founder Paula established Academy of Sport and Fitness in 1995. She believed every gymnast should have access to high-level coaching and expert advice, no matter the level. Over 25 years, this belief has remained. The ASF offers high-quality programs focusing on individual achievement.
About the Founder
Paula is an NCCP Level 4 Master Coach. Additionally, she holds certificates in sport psychology and fitness training. She began her career in gymnastics as a former Olympic hopeful and gymnast. Paula also coached gymnastics at Seneca College Elite Training Center.
