Always seek legal counsel before signing real estate documents. Lachlan Cattanach Q.C. (retired) was called to the Bar in 1953 and is a graduate of Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law School. He worked with his father at Cattanach & Cattanach after being called to the Bar. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1970. Donald Hindson is a graduate of Carleton College and Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Bar in 2005. He worked on his own for a year before joining C & C. Cattanach Hindson was the result of that merger. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1971. Donald is a past President of York North Law Association as well as the Chairman of Legal Aid for Civil Appeals for Metropolitan Toronto. He is now retired.
