I have called three times today to rebook an appointment. The reception asked for the reason of my call, put me on hold, picked up the line, then hung up. It has repeated for 3 times.
The fourth time I called, the line was picked up by a different person and said that they were busy.
They need to understand that human can get sick and need to reschedule for the appointment.
