Competence, Integrity, Commitment – that is how I would describe Dr. Daniel Seah and his team that includes among others, Stephanie (one of the dental hygienists) and Chao (office coordinator). The clinic is committed to pursuing the best interest of each patient with high quality comprehensive care. As seniors with long decades of dental treatment experience with other dental offices, Dr. Seah and team provides the highest standard based on our years of experience with them vs others. Dr Seah and team are good listeners, empathetic, friendly, polite, solutions driven, practical, provides several options to patients understanding each patient’s personal situations would be different, efficient, and effective. Dr Seah is highly qualified with Honors Bsc in Human Biology High Distinction and Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at University of Toronto, Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at University of Buffalo (US), completed WREB exam allowing licensure in the US, and took part in dental mission for the underprivileged in Mexico. Dr Seah is also committed to life-long learning so he is always up to date with the latest technology and treatment, complemented by his clinic’s up to date equipment and methods compared to other clinics. Dr Seah has a track record of making correct diagnosis, effective treatments with gentle hands, and highly ethical (does not take advantage of patients). Stephanie and Crystal (dental hygienists) have serviced my wife and I several times. They are thorough, diligent, effective, manages with dental hands, and excellent in providing dental hygiene advice to sincerely help patients’ dental health truly improve and not just providing lip service. There are more than a few times we learn new dental health knowledge and tips from them. Chau is the best dental office coordinator we have experienced for the decades we visited dental clinics. Not only does she possess the qualities of a good office coordinator (in terms of booking appointments, processing insurance reimbursements, replying to queries, etc.), she is very knowledgeable with dental treatments clearly explaining in detailed layman language (after providing the relevant terminologies) as to what the dental issues were, what was fixed, what further treatment needed to be fixed & when, why certain treatment needs to go to a specialist, step by step process at specialist & coordination sequencing with their office, and many more. In a way, we are informed patients having dentist relatives in US who are able to provide second opinions, so communicating what Chau conveyed to us were easily and precisely understood specially as our informed relatives compared their diagnosis with Chau’s explanation and the x-rays provided. She is truly an asset to the clinic. Dr Seah and team epitomize what a good dentist and dental clinic should be, possessing a blend of technical expertise, compassionate communication, a commitment to lifelong learning, ethical and trustworthy. They prioritize patient comfort, offer clear explanations, and strive to provide personalized and effective dental care. I highly recommend them, and have referred them to family and friends.
