Welcome! Woof! I am Yoko, and I am a Shih-Tzu male whose name is Yoko. My parents brought me to Canada from Mexico when I was a little puppy. Since a long time ago, my great-grandfather was a Canadian Champion purebred, and I think I am a fortunate dog blessed with good people who take care of me and love me.  My mother, Lupita, is a fabulous parent; she is my personal groomer. The elder woman is an extremely knowledgeable dog groomer. She holds many certifications to back up her long-term profession. Her Licensed Bather Achievement certification was awarded when she took part in a professional groomer competition hosted by National Groomer Association of Canada. In a high-end Toronto pet-grooming parlor known as "Pampered Paws," she was instructed by a talented master groomer. The Professional Dog Grooming Certificate was awarded by the Academy, which is located in Ontario city. She has traveled to the USA to learn new things and still does it. She always attends shows and seminars to learn and improve the dog grooming mechanic. Lupita is creative and loves dogs very much which makes her unique. She has the best solutions for any pet occasion or any type of pet. My dad Gabriel is a good father, he is a great pet sitter, and manager and owner of this pet spa. He is passionate about our dogs, and he makes sure that our customers feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed during their encounters. Although ears-, nails-, and bath-checks can make many dogs feel scared and uncomfortable, his presence turns every unpleasant situation into an enjoyable and pleasant. He also does a lot of research on supplements, homeopathy, and alternative treatments to help our dogs. He is a boss type of dad and takes care of everything related to business such as social media and marketing plans. My daddy is also very good at customer service, and that's what my customers like the most.
