Sinalite

I have been using sinalite for many years just recently though I have had two months of poor quality products and jobs done wrong , I refuse to use sinalite anymore poor customer service and quality have tarnished not just there name but mine for providing slow and inadequate products. BEWARE they take no responsibility for the lack of quality and they don't give you credit so take the reprint

I was happy until they do not accomplish their deadlines, if you are in business you need a reliable company that meet deadlines. First time I ordered they took about a two weeks to finsh the printing plus the shipping time, when in their website promotes that production takes about 3-4 business days plus shipping time, at the end I received the Business cards super late. But I decided gave them a second chance, I know sometimes things happens, so Second time I ordered from them and they are late again, I contacted customer service twice and they keep saying that they will call production department to ship, but nothing happens so again after 1 month later they are now shipping my order. You cannot do that with your clients, so I'm really disappointed, this business don't meet their deadlines, and it is embarrassing all the time call your customers as reseller and say that you "don't know when you'll have them ready" because you really don't know...

I have placed order for business cards, they always have excuses, like foil machine I have put through may jobs before, but now it seems they don't care as much anymore. they have reprinted as far as I know three times and I have not received anything. I have phoned to talk to a human again and she said after three reprints the have to cancel it in the system and reprint :) so my guess, I might not end up with a good product, when and if I get anything! so after trying again same thing and now they don't care no more. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN MY 35 YEASE OF BUSINESS

Giving 1 star because its the bare minimum i can. the main issue i have is with the customer service representatives, they are truly disappointing and not professional at all. reading all the reviews that are 1-2 stars they all have the same complaint! Poor customer service! As for the production aspect, do they even check the job before they pack it and ship it??? I highly doubt it!! They did a terrible job on my business cards, after 5 days of going back and forth with a CSR, i was told send them a video of me tossing the cards in a bin and pouring a liquid on them, really?!...i've worked with a lot of printers and NO ONE has ever asked me to that, its like they are treating me like a scammer or a thief. (Serious trust issues). I will also leave a review on Glassdoor and other review sites. Anyway, i'm done with this so called "company" i've gotten a much better price and customer support from BannerBuzz.
