My mom, aged 70, when in for a cut and a few highlights around her face. The cut and style was actually pretty good. The highlights are throughout her whole head and looks completely coloured in the back. There are highlighted pieces that start an inch from her scalp which makes it look like it’s growing out. The stylist told my mom her hair had to be bleached (she’s already completely grey) and then gave her a hot oil treatment. My mom questioned these services as she’s never had to do them in the past. My mom left with a bill of $324!!!! My mom was so upset as she’s on a limited income and was not expecting it to anywhere near that price I think they took advantage of an elderly person. Very disappointing and almost criminal!!
