As a result of having a heat pump installed on October 10 and 11, 2023, we arranged for The Hone Inspectors Group Inc. to come to our home to do the audit for the rebate program now in effect. We were so fortunate to get Rick Corlho to do the energy audit.
The first day he came, which was October 6th 2023 he had a very warm, friendly approachable attitude. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do to qualify us for the government rebates.
After finishing the audit, he professionally explained how the program works and answered all of our questions.
After a few days, we received by email, the audit report which was well written and easy to understand.
Today, November 10th, he came back to our home to finish the final audit. Again, Rick sat down with us and professionly explained how the heat pump/furnace works. He again patiently reviewed the rebate program with us.
He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work and we would make no hesitation in recommending him and The Home Inspection Group to anyone who may need or want an energy audit for their dwelling.
