About Mr Richards Thomas Richards hails from Toronto, Canada, where he spent his childhood. However, he has lived in Germany, Italy, and China. He has been a lawyer since 1988. He lived in Guangzhou (PRC) and practiced Canadian immigration law from 1999-2002. He now actively opposes IRPA Removals. He has appeared for hearings at CBSA, IRB, and IAD and appealed to Federal Court. He has also faced IRB detention review hearings. Richards appeals to IRCC refusals of sponsorship extensions and temporary resident visas. Consultations are available for a fee of 400$, in person or by phone.
