About Mr Richards Thomas Richards hails from Toronto, Canada, where he spent his childhood. However, he has lived in Germany, Italy, and China. He has been a lawyer since 1988. He lived in Guangzhou (PRC) and practiced Canadian immigration law from 1999-2002. He now actively opposes IRPA Removals. He has appeared for hearings at CBSA, IRB, and IAD and appealed to Federal Court. He has also faced IRB detention review hearings.
