Black Drive Feedback Summary: We had a poor experience with Black Drive. They sent a vehicle far smaller than we paid for. It could not accommodate my family and our luggage for our airport transfer, even though these details were inputted accurately in the booking and clear. We had to wait for 20 minutes, with my 5-year-old son and 11-month-old baby, while they figured out how to help us get home. This destroyed the purpose of a transfer booking. To top it off, no discount was offered when prompted. The driver wouldn’t even take the toll road when asked (and lied about the time it would save), which would have made up the time. We should note that the communication was quick once I spotted the issue and that a 20-minute wait isn't the worst that could happen. The company may also argue that they sent a nicer vehicle because of my family. The error is that we only required a nice vehicle. I leave a negative review because it was a fundamental error that added an unnecessary delay and distraction that was not sufficiently handled. Service Review: 1.
