She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed or dismissed, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she knows her role well and cares about the patients and families she’s helping. Her calm, kind approach made the whole visit much more comfortable for both me and my daughter. At the start of my appointment, the orthodontist came out of the room and was chatting with the family of the patient who was waiting to go in before calling me in. Their tone afterward was rushed and noticeably impatient, which made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable for me. The front desk employee had a worse attitude. She brought a bad mood into the room and appeared unwilling to answer my questions. Her body language and tone gave the impression that she did not want to be there at all. The attitude felt dismissive, almost as if I were inconveniencing her simply by asking for clarification. I also clearly noticed a difference in how another family was treated compared to me. While I was tapping my card to pay, she stared at me in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile. The moment the payment went through, the attitude shifted. That did not sit right with me. I was polite and respectful the entire time, which makes the experience even more disappointing. To make things worse I was told over the phone that my retainer could be mailed to my home. When I arrived, I was informed that wasn’t possible. That kind of inconsistency shows a lack of communication and professionalism. The service I received does not reflect the high ratings I saw online. Basic professionalism and respectful communication should not depend on who is standing at the counter.
