They couldn’t be easier to communicate with, which I appreciate. Shoutout to Kristian—he’s been fantastic. He’s very personable and attentive and easily resolves any minor issues. His positive attitude and work ethic are noticeable and make a real difference. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great property management experience. Update: FYI taking 500$ cleaning fee is illegal in province of Ontario. I highly suggest that you hire these guys. This property management is a well-oiled machine and its staff are go-getter professionals. Victoria did an excellent job of weeding out the best candidates to rent here. There can always be unexpected issues, like an appliance breaking, but Condo1 always handles this stuff professionally. Their repairs are top-notch, and their costs are always reasonable. Kristian, Victoria, and Carman make a great team. I used to handle my properties myself, so late-night tenant issues would drain my energy and time. It was exhausting, but it’s way easier now.
