Custom Window Designs

Custom Windows Designs (owner Peter Petrovski) is unprofessional, unethical, lacks integrity and communication skills, failed to complete the job and take accountability for damages to our home. They withdrew money from my account without any notice or discussions. The staff and installers were rude, the caulking was terrible, they left blood on our walls, jumped through our new windows all day refusing to put a ladder up – what a horror story! Instead of fixing the bad job and giving us the trim that we paid for, Petrovski instead threatened us and without our knowledge, is taking monies from our account, more than the job was estimated for. The job was incomplete – cheap trim was installed instead of what we paid for, windows have protruding nails that can hurt someone, trim installed crooked, big holes in wall such that 2 pieces of trim were needed instead of one, trim with holes in middle allowing air and dirt to get inside. Suffice to say, it was a huge disappointment after waiting 3 months (if not longer) for new windows and doors. It has been one year and to this day, we are still waiting for Petrovski and Custom Window Design to complete the job that we paid for. They have not responded to any calls for fixing the windows/trim, or to refund the monies they took from my account, much less an apology. They are a fraud. Please be warned. The staff posted reviews to bump up the ratings. Don't be fooled!
