The overwhelming majority of clients gave high marks to ELMNT Massage for their hospitable and relaxing atmosphere and the expertise of their registered massage therapists. The comments were mostly positive and ranged from clients complimenting the cosiness and cleanliness of the rooms to the quality and relaxing nature of the massages. All massage therapists were highly esteemed, with Martin and Caterina receiving the most accolades for their skill and customer service. The relaxed and anxiety-free experience was a highlight for most clients, and many will return and suggest others do the same, as one comment put it. The only discrepancies were the opinions about the use of customer reviews and website. Clients have access to the website and can either request a service or suggest a therapist should they choose to be present. Clients have also noted which therapists are present during that week, so should they have a favourable therapist, they can take them and make an appointment. Noteworthy, some clients think that ELMNT Massage uses poor performance for training, whereas others loved the experience and the quality of the company's services.

I had a fantastic massage from Caterina this afternoon! WOW! I felt completely relaxed when she finished. The room was a good size, clean and quiet and the staff made me feel welcome. I will be returning for another massage next week. I highly recommend ELMNT Massage!!!
