Michael Liao has been a very attentive and proactive property manager at the ArtShoppe. He made active efforts to ensure my balcony door deficiencies were attended to and then followed up with me on multiple occasions to see if I was satisfied with the work performed. I see him as someone who takes pride in his work and cares about doing his job well.

After over 4 year living at 2 Adam Sellers Street Condominium , things are finally getting repaired and the condo rules enforced. That's because we have to thank Nadia Parniyanpour of First Service Residential recently taking over the role of the property manager. Keep up the great work and welcome. Always nice to see a Nadia with a smile and someone who takes her career seriously.
Norma Lewis and her FSR Team have done an excellent job looking after our buildings. Norma informs us efficiently of services and notifies us owners when certain special cleanings and safety requirements are scheduled.
I as an owner, also value Norma Lewis’ management to keep maintenance quality above standard, yet cost competitive.
I can honestly say: Norma is doing an EXCELLENT job, every day.

From day one I have always delt with Katherine from FirstService. The first two years of operation for our building King Blue was challenging but Katherine stayed focused on addressing the Many deficiencies that a new building presented. She also made sure that she secured knowledgeable staff to support her in this process. I have always been able to communicate with her when I have issues regarding the building. She responds to my phone call in appropriate time and have always find answers to my inquiries. She always maintains the patient that is required to address the many inquiries or concerns one may have. She continues to do and excellent job and have clearly indicated her strategy in making our building one of the best in the entertainment district. Another productive year has gone by here at The Rivers Edge in Bolton! Thanks to Shanna Craig, our building is being revived to the standards that have made most everybody in the building feel happy and secure knowing any issues that were pending have and are being resolved! She has a list and she’s been checking it twice and crossing the items off one by one! Woohoo Shanna. Thank you for your diligence and care and hard work. On behalf of my Dad and Mother- in-law, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Also, you have a terrific partner, Duncan who goes over and above his calls of duties!!!
