Let me be critically clear: my experience with Guzzo Bianchi Leung Viskovic LLP was nothing short of a nightmare, one that the public deserves to hear — especially those considering trusting this firm with their legal matters. I retained this firm twice — first in 2017, and again in 2018 for separate personal injury matters. Shockingly, both cases were grossly mismanaged. There was a consistent pattern of poor communication, negligence, and, in my opinion, a complete lack of professional responsibility. But what truly pushes this situation into the realm of unbelievable is what happened during the second case. Despite already having been injured, I was referred by the firm to a clinic for treatment. Not only did the clinic fail to treat me appropriately — they actually RE-INJURED me. Instead of taking accountability or even doing the bare minimum of referring me to a safer, more competent clinic, the firm — more specifically Elvis, a paralegal associated with the firm — ISSUED ME THREATS THAN FIRED ME as a client. Let that sink in. I was injured on their watch, referred to a harmful clinic by them, and then abandoned when I raised the issue. Rather than protect me, they distanced themselves from the consequences of their own referral. This is not just mismanagement — this is a complete failure in duty of care, a disregard for client safety, and in my opinion, a disturbing breach of professional ethics. I am sharing this not out of malice, but out of a sense of duty to others. If you are injured, vulnerable, and seeking support — be warned: this firm may not protect your best interests. What happened to me was not just disappointing — it was dangerous.
