Kitchen and Bath Reno Customer Review We love our new kitchen! The kitchen and bathrooms from Kitchen and Bath Reno were perfect for us. We are so glad that we decided to do the kitchen as we almost didn't spend the money. Everyone who has seen the kitchen has complimented on it. I totally love it and we use it daily! The kitchen is beyond my expectations and works amazingly. The quality and attention to detail are unparalleled. Highly recommend! (5/5) - Haris E., Ajax, ON We contracted with KBR Reno to renovate our powder room, main and master bathrooms, and our laundry room. The quoting process was outstanding. Sofien knows his stuff, asked all the right questions, and the quote was very thorough and easy to compare and evaluate. Estimate was priced per room and element (vanities, cabinets, floor, paint, etc.). The quote was reviewed in-person with Sofien. Free 3D renderings of each room. The material selection process with Jodie was fun and done in their showroom; others sent us to other showrooms to choose materials. One-stop shop for vanities, flooring, tiles, sinks, shower glass, etc. We decided to buy our bathroom fixtures, lighting and bathroom accessories from other, more cost-effective dealers, but all other elements came from KBR. We could also bring in our existing materials to compare to the new materials selected for the part-Reno in our Master Bathroom. One great feature is that, unlike others that priced in acrylic sinks, KBR priced porcelain/steel sinks with similar or better pricing. KBR-supplied vanities were higher quality, with more options, and better pricing. They even could do a custom color for the vanity in the Master Bathroom. The installation process went smoothly. Very high quality trades for quartz countertops, shower glass panels and installation, plumbing, tiling, drywalling, and painting. Adam, the project manager was easy to work with and full of good advice. One great feature – Sofien took multiple back and forth discussions with us concerning a vanity color, but when we went with his suggestion, the finished vanity was exactly right. Very happy with the outcome of the whole project. This was part of a much bigger home reno so it was finished in time for the follow-on trades to begin their work (i.e. hardwood floor and stairs). The quality of all the elements was great, and the final result really elevated our bathrooms and laundry. They were the only company that provided us a complementary 3D rendering of one room before signing a contract - and the rendering blew us away! Not only was the rendering top-notch, but Jodie actively listened to our needs/wants and made us feel good about our choices. It was enough to get us to sign our contract with KBR without looking at other quotes. Jodie has an exceptional eye for design perfection. She was patient in educating us on design perfection and its importance and also patient in the design process and in discussing our numerous questions and ideas. This was combined with Sofien, who was very present and willing to educate us on the trade. Sofien demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and expertise and fully answered our many questions. The team had a great deal of knowledge. We were impressed with the completeness of the quote (3D renderings), the process (showing their work at their showroom, not others), the pricing (inclusive but also flexible re cost-saving if we chose to purchase vanities, lights and a vanity ourselves), and the education/answer to our questions.
