Kriska Holdings Limited

I was hired as a very new driver by a great team to join the drivers group and was assigned for US crossing. During my first week of training, I met an individual, who for an un-known reason called me stupid, asked me why did I come to Canada, and showed a very wrong attitude when he was in rush. He did not want to lose any load while training me, due to getting paid lots of money for training and mileage, so he was always telling me to rush and even took the wheel to backup in a spot, because I am slow in backing. After I complained about him, they had an other trainer, who was much better and very understanding, but I had to be with him only for one week. The third trainer was for US border crossing and he had to teach me the route and procedures of crossing the border to USA. An individual with the same attitude as the first person. Knowing that I am from Iran, he turned his phone on and tuned in "bomb bomb Iran music and started to laugh" I could not forget that and after 2 weeks being with this man, I decided to write my resignation. I was told to tell the management to change this one too, but I told this person that this 2 out of 3 represent Kriska and it is enough. By the way they will never believe me. Would not recommend to anyone. The pay is lower than 15 dollars an hour minimum wages.
