They highly recommend the different services they have experienced with the students as the students show a lot of enthusiasm, professionalism and politeness to make clients feel comfortable. The college should continue with the student service model as the clients experience slower service compared to experienced professionals but the results are the same and of high quality. The educators at the school ensure that they teach the right competencies for each service step as the students attend to the clients. The impressions of the students' confidence and selfies of the hair they did and post them on the school's website, displaying the competences of their students. Recommendations are the best way to help clients find a salon that treats all their concerns as the students listen and apply the preferences that the customer has indicated in the service. Clients are also happy with the level of cleanliness and hygiene of the school and will be willing to go back. Every client is happy to return and continue with the same good services they have experienced. The majority of the clients are happy and recommend, with only a few having issues. The overall rating can be said to be good, but the school should also ensure that customers who have some dissatisfaction with the services comprehend the college and recommend, just like the happy customers. I have been to many different salons and this was the best/most accurate to what I have asked for. She took her time to make sure everything was correct and I am so so happy with the results! It took a little longer, of course as a student, but she was constantly checking in to see if I needed food or a drink. I will be recommending all my friends and family to the college and Emma specifically!. The feedback from the clients is a positive finding that should be taken positively and continue with the student expertise. Finally clients have positive feedback about the services they get, and this is a positive finding. I am so impressed with the whole team and school and truly I was surprised as I wasn’t expecting that level of professionalism and care. The trainer Ashley was also incredibly amazing, she instructed Sara with such detail about colour, foils, bleach, toner and so forth that in the process I learned something too.
