Cassie canceled on us 2 weeks before our wedding day. We have not received our nearly 2k deposit back! We booked photography and videography services with her well over 2 years in advance of our wedding date. We met with her twice to go over our vision, but 2 months before the wedding she went silent and we could not get in touch with her. I emailed her one month out and then 3 weeks out. Nothing. Then, 2 weeks before our wedding we got an email from Cassie stating that she had filed for bankruptcy and will no longer be able to provide services. Obviously, this brought us a lot of stress and set us back financially as we had to rush to find a new photographer. I would not recommend this "business" for the lack of transparency and lack of regard for clients.
