As a follow up since my previous review. $200 in detailing caused over $5,000 in damages to my new car in April 2022. Pro-Detailers cracked my windshield on my Ford Performance / Roush Mustang GT. Owner and employee admitted to damaging my car. Owner stalled, played games with Dealer appointment for days to repair the damage. In the end Owner did nothing to help repair in the time. I had to get the car repaired myself and had to scramble, take time off work, pay for repairs myself at my time and expense to get the car repaired on time. Owner has since refused to pay for damages or settlements offered multiple times. I had no choice and was forced to sue in Ontario Small Claims Court and sue Pro-Detailers (Ontario 301290284). The Court found Pro-Detailers culpable in August of 2022. On June 7, 2023 the court awarded me $4,679.20 for their negligence and Pro-Detailer has been notified. Buyer beware. Looks like I may have to go back to court to collect in August. Do you really want to trust these folks with your car? Ask yourself is what I have had to go through worth your risk for a detailing?
