The Protech garage installer Ahmed and the aluminum capper and weather seal installer James did an excellent installation. The Garaga doors are top of the line. High quality material, solid and excellent finish. Combined with the excellent capping and weather sealing work, the house looks new again. Garage doors open and close smooth and quietly. Weather seal ensures the R16 insulation factor is maintained. I am completely satisfied with the installation. Yaser, the project manager was very responsive and ensured the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.
Our door was bought through Costco. The installation company assigned was the one I hear advertising more than any in Toronto. Their installation was a disaster. After service calls that took far too long by three different technicians they failed to fix the banging and cracking every time the door opened and closed. They were pulled off the job, and Yasa at Pro Tech, Mississauga replaced them. His installation added back framing, and a better anchor to the lift motor. I'm pretty particular about the quality of a job, and the look of the end result. Yasa's workmanship was all I could expect. Now we have a solid door operating smooth as silk.
