Relationship Therapy Centre

We are a team of registered mental health professionals who provide perinatal therapy, and therapy to children, teens and adults, as well as therapy for couples/romantic partners and families. We offer counselling in person in Mississauga, Burlington and online. Our team offers free consultations and reduced rate therapy in effort to be most accessible and supportive. As a centre, we use evidence based, creative and effective tools and techniques in our work with clients. We offer empathy and support while inviting clients into an appropriately challenging space for them to take steps towards achieving sustainable and meaningful change in their identity, relationships and experience of life. Repair safety and trust by navigating challenges with a foundation of empathy, respect, and forgiveness with a couples and marriage counsellor.
