Customer Feedback Review: Opinion #1: Outdated technology - I am surprised by the number of positive reviews. This clinic has outdated equipment and has nothing going for it. opinion #2: Complete rip-off - The dentist told me my teeth were in terrible condition, and I needed a deep cleaning. I agreed to get the deep cleaning done. As soon as he was finished, he gave me an estimate to get cavities filled. I decided not to pay and get a second opinion. I went to another dentist who stated my teeth were healthy and in fine shape. I wasted my time and money at this clinic. opinion 3: Gave Injections without Explanation - Dr. Zaher was nice and seemed friendly but he did not explain anything to me just started giving injections and going to work with no explanation. I am afraid of needles so it would have been nice to have an explanation of what he was doing. opinion 4: staff attitude - The dentist seems to care more about money than about the well-being of his patients. I was told they would accept my insurance, but they did not. Also, the dentist did not take the time to explain any of the treatment options or explain what I needed to be done. opinion 5: needs better accommodation - The office staff rearranged their schedule to accommodate my last-minute appointment, which I appreciated. However, I found the clinic facilities were not very clean. Dr. Zaher was very efficient and appreciated that he took his time before and after the procedure to answer my questions.
