She’s always so cheerful nice and not to mention beautiful love my experience here at willow Suraj did a cleaning for me and did a amazing job made sure i was comfortable the hole time and in no pain he made my teeth look great. I had a wonderful experience at Willow Dental. The office and front desk staff are welcoming and immediately put you at ease. As first-time patients, we were made to feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Dr. Albert and his team were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. What stood out most was how insightful and helpful they were, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. it was a stress free experience. 10/10 !!! I will definitely be returning and would recommend. Willow Dental is amazing! I always feel heard and cared for with any dental anxiety I have. The workers are so polite and gentile! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good Dental office. For hygienists I highly highly recommend Megan! As always my appointment with Yolanda was amazing. She is always so gentle and makes my cleaning appointments so enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this dental office 1st visit. great experience, great staff personnel and my experience there was better than belief. dr.anisha and singh are truly professionals anisha knows exactly 100% with what they're doing and Advising what's best for me and my budget .I felt so comfortable in their hands after a truly unbelievable job the doctor did on replacing my front lower tooth.the sizing was perfect the color was absolutely perfect the procedure was simple and perfect. I highly recommend dental work being done here.there's no wait time there's no rush,very calm environment from the thural front office staff right through emailing and verifying appointment times. What really stood out to me was their advanced technology—it allowed me to learn so much about my teeth that I had never known before. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt much more informed about my dental health than ever before. Brianna, the hygienist, made my visit especially memorable. She was kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. She also took the time to teach me about myofunctional therapy, which was completely new to me. It was fascinating to learn how it connects oral health with breathing, muscle function, and overall wellness, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. As a long standing customer with children, the way your receptionist spoke on the phone today and the attitude on the voice mail she left me is exactly why I will never return and highly recommend anyone reading this goes ELSEWHERE. *Update and reply:* Your response is based on incorrect information. I did not cancel an appointment “a few hours prior.” I never confirmed the appointment in question, and I attempted to respond to your automated message to reschedule, which your system clearly did not receive. More importantly, your reply continues to ignore the actual issue. The voicemail left for me and the way I was spoken to when I returned the call were completely unacceptable. The tone was hostile, accusatory, and inappropriate for any professional setting, let alone a healthcare office. This is not a misunderstanding or a policy issue. It is a clear failure in how your staff communicates with patients. For context, I have retained the voicemail. The manner in which your office chose to communicate speaks for itself. Referencing cancellation policies and prior reviews does not address what occurred here. As a long-standing family, we will be taking our business elsewhere. There is nothing further to discuss.
