What a fantastic experience. ALL staff was exceptionally professional, polite and thoughtful!! Their work was meticulously done. The crew took special care of our belongings as they painted throughout my home. The price was quite reasonable. We highly recommend WOW, you won't be disappointed!!!! WOW! Great job Painters were polite and very efficient The outside of our house has a fresh clean look thanks to WOW and the crew. We needed to repaint our main floor and change the dark walls to white. They stained my brick and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did and how it turned out. Price was lower than all the competitors, and they were in and out in one day and did amazing job. Thank you This company typically has a stellar reputation, but their conduct is beyond unprofessional and disgraceful. They recently did a pain job for a good friend of mine, and while there, the scratched up her floor. They offered a mediocre fix, and they considered the problem solved. The truth is, my 6 yr old probably could have a done a better job than the hit job they did on her floor. And then they choose to wash their hands of the damage. Companies like this I would assume have insurance for this exact situation. Not to screw over their clients. I would highly recommend dealing with a more professional company than this one!!! I so wish there was 0 stars! I hired Wow 1 Day Painting with the expectation of receiving professional-quality work and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard. During the project, my kitchen flooring was damaged completely to the old floor underneath, huge holes! (see photo). I immediately brought this to the company’s attention, but the damage has still not been repaired properly. I was also extremely concerned by how the situation was handled, as I felt they tried to hide it from me until I happened to walk in and see it. Their treatment towards me has caused unnecessary stress and additional costs for me to address. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe that how a company responds is equally important and in this case, the response left me very dissatisfied. They have now sent me a letter telling me point blank that they have decided not to repair my flooring. How can they be ok with this!? Based on my absolutely horrible experience, I would not recommending Wow 1 Day Painting to their most worst enemy. Friendly professional service and excellent work Very fast service, competent and conscientious. Recommended
